ROMA Score is an algorithm that combines the results of HE4 and CA125 biomarker blood tests to calculate the predictive probability of finding epithelial ovarian cancer on surgery, and, given clinically acceptable cut-points, to help physicians in classifying patients into low and high risk groups.
